SHIPPING & DOA POLICY

Shipping:

- All Live stock orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday.

- No box will be shipped until confirmation from customer has been received.

- All boxes will be shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight.

- Tracking Number will be provided to customers through email.

- Flat Fee of $40 to AB, BC, SK, 

- Flat Fee of $65 to NU, MB, ON, YT, NT

- Flat Fee of $80 to PE, NB, QC, NL, NS

- There is a $20 Box/Packing/Heat pack fee for all live animals. 

- Free shipping on orders of $500+ (Before Tax)

   DOA Policy:

- 100% arrive alive guarantee it's that simple! 

- Must send an email with CLEAR photos (more the better) of DOA item in original

packaging within 2 HOURS of receiving your order to cuddledcorals@gmail.com.

- Cuddled Corals accepts no responsibility for death during or after your acclimation process.

- Your account will receive a credit for full amount of DOA item minus shipping costs.

- Cuddled Corals accepts no responsibility for DOA items due to shipping delays or lost boxes.

- Customer must open a claim with the Fedex shipping center  if there are any issues.

Return Policy:

- Cuddled Corals has a NO refund NO return policy on all sales of live animals including Coral, Fish, Invertebrates.

- Cuddled Corals is not responsible for shipping refunds under any circumstances.

- Cuddled Corals is not responsible for lost or delayed boxes due to weather or technical difficulties.
